I could agree with the dye being saved when you create the armor, though.
You add another choice: Unaltered dye. And after you pay for your dyes, when you create new items, they become dyed with the same colors the ones before had. Colors are not really important. All those items that drop in Prophecies and Factions and can't be replicated with the Item creation panel are waaay much more an issue than this. |

I'm kinda split on this because PVP chars don't have the option to mix dyes (aside from the GH). I'd much rather have a system where pvp chars would have the ability to fully dye their armor, but need to purchase the slots (rather than just one colorfor each armor piece.)
